Engineering insight was scattered across many DevOps tools. Teams needed one place to see it, with the right access controls and near-real-time freshness.

Airbyte-based integration plus incremental updates kept a single dashboard accurate across many tools.

Approach
We built an integration and analytics layer:
- End-to-end integration across eight or more tools
- Permission management with row-level locking and RBAC
- A configurable dashboard with embedding
- Incremental updates to keep data fresh
The Solution
Data is pulled from tools like JIRA, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins and Jfrog through Airbyte, processed with FastAPI and Celery, and visualized in Apache Superset behind a React app, with fine-grained access control.
