The client wanted to streamline and optimize production with a digital workflow system, automating how tasks are assigned and giving the floor real-time analytics.

Approach
We built a configurable, multi-tenant platform:
- Tenant and user management
- Live asset management and deployment via AWS IoT
- Form builders for shop-floor data capture
- Workflow definition and automation
The Solution
Production steps are modeled as workflows, tasks are assigned automatically, assets are managed live, and the floor gets real-time analytics, delivered with React and Python FastAPI over DynamoDB and Postgres, secured with Keycloak.
