The provider needed to deploy and manage many communication flows, such as IVR and chatbots, through a simplified approach, and to integrate quickly with third-party services.

The Challenges

Visual and precise

A drag-and-drop builder backed by JSON rules gave both ease of use and exact control over flows.

Multi-tenant from the start

Tenancy and virtual-number binding were designed in, not bolted on.

Approach

We built a configurable, multi-tenant flow platform:

Flow management via JSON-based rules or a drag-and-drop builder
IVR flow configuration and virtual phone-number assignment
Multi-tenant support
A companion SIP SDK for one-to-one, conferencing and IVR call flows

The Solution

Operators design a flow visually or in JSON, bind it to a virtual number, and go live, with a React DND builder on the front and Java Spring Boot services behind, plus a SIP SDK (JSSIP, WebSockets) for the call paths.
