We automated the operational workflow safely:
- Scheduled orchestration of network services
- Change-window validation integrated with ServiceNow
- Multi-vendor device support through an abstraction layer
- Write-locking across services with Redis, plus connection throttling and service validation
The Solution
A BPM-driven orchestrator (RHPAM) coordinates Python workers that reach devices through a programmability abstraction layer using Netmiko and Paramiko. Changes only run inside validated windows, with write-locks preventing conflicts and validation confirming each step.
