We built an integration and analytics layer:

End-to-end integration across eight or more tools
Permission management with row-level locking and RBAC
A configurable dashboard with embedding

The Solution

Data is pulled from tools like JIRA, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins and Jfrog through Airbyte, processed with FastAPI and Celery, and visualized in Apache Superset behind a React app, with fine-grained access control.
